Farmington School District to Release Student Schedules Early Ahead of Tax-Free Weekend

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The Farmington School District announced it is changing its schedule release timeline after receiving feedback from parents who expressed frustration about not having student schedules before Missouri's Tax-Free Weekend.

District officials said they understand how important it is for families to know students' course schedules before making back-to-school purchases and acknowledged the concerns shared by parents.

In response, the district has decided to release student schedules earlier than originally planned. Schedules will be available beginning Friday at 10 a.m. through the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

School officials said the updated timeline is intended to help families make informed purchasing decisions while taking advantage of Tax-Free Weekend savings.

The district also thanked families for providing feedback and for their continued partnership in supporting Farmington students.
