St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Francois County Commission is moving forward with plans to update the county's website, awarding a request for proposals, or RFP, to Moss Media.
County Clerk Kevin Engler says the website update is intended to improve the online experience for both county government and residents.
Engler says the county's current website was updated nearly a decade ago, and officials believe it's time to give the site a refresh.
The website update will cost St. Francois County $10,745 for setup. The county will then pay $375 per month for ongoing maintenance.
The updated website is expected to provide the county with a more modern online presence while making information and services easier for residents to access.
