(Washington County, MO) A man from Cadet, 24 year old Ryan Dunn, is dead after crashing his truck Saturday afternoon in Washington County. Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol say it happened just before 1 o'clock on Highway 21, north of Peppersville Road. Dunn lost control of the pick up and it ran off the left side of the highway and rolled over throwing Dunn out. He was not wearing his seat belt during the wreck. Dunn was initially taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis however, he died early Sunday morning from his injuries.
