Farmington Annexes Land for Apartments

(Farmington, MO) New apartments are going to be developed in Farmington off D Highway, at the north end of town, after approval from council members at Monday night's city council meeting. The City Administrator for Farmington, Greg Beavers, says it wasn't a question of if the area would be developed, it was a question of when.
