Henderson Remembers September 11th Attacks

(St. Francois County, MO.) Americans around the country are observing September 11th as a day of remembrance for the terrorist attacks that killed 3 thousand of our citizens in several coordinated attacks on U.S. soil in 2001. The Islamic group Al-Qaeda staged the attacks. A career educator in the North County Schools, State Representative, Mike Henderson, says the actions of a few terrorized the world.

Henderson adds the events had a serious effect on our everyday lives forever.

The daylight terror attacks were the deadliest ever within the boundaries of the continental United States. The attacks were carried out by 19 terrorists who all died during the incident.
