Daughter of Lee Hafley and Louise Hafley-Beason
She married Charles Major on September 12, 1964, and he died June 10, 2010
Mother of Larry (Sylvia) Major, Gary (Judy) Major, Karry (Shari) Major, Kim (Tovah) Major, Nathan (Fran) Major, Charles (Shelley) Major.
Grandmother of 18 and Great-grandmother of 22.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles; brothers, Richard Hafley and Marvin Hafley; sister Kathleen (Bob) Bradley. She is survived by her younger brother Paul (Diane) Hafley.
Beverly was a member of the Farmington Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed sharing her hope for the future with others.
Beverly enjoyed her family, teaches others the Bible. She loved antiquing, watching birds, and could grow anything she set her heart to. Among her favorite indulgences that would bring a smile to her face were bacon cheeseburgers and strawberry shakes.
One of her favorite scriptural promises that strengthened her faith was Revelation 21;3b,4
"And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more. The former things have passed away"
A memorial zoom service will be held Saturday February 21, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. with Lester Foster officiating.
