He and his wife, Ruth Anne, loved roasting pigs and having family get togethers on their farm in Desoto, Missouri. They loved to take their sxs for rides.

Sonny was a man of many names. His parents and brothers called him Sonny. Some have called him Chumlee or Albie or Charlie. His favorite names were dad and grandpa. He loved cutting up and had the best laugh. He always gave the very best hugs. He loved big.

Sonny was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Anne (Harris) Carver, his parents, two younger brothers, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law.

Sonny was the patriarch of his family. He will truly be missed by everyone who loved him.
