Charles Elmer Vincent was born October 27, 1959 at Cape Girardeau, MO, the son of Henry Lee and Linda Joyce Vincent, and passed away February 17, 2026 at the age of 66.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother.
Charles is survived by his father and One (1) sister Anita Sue (Mike) Wiggs.
Charles was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed watching all kinds of sports.
