Clifford Eugene Barnes was born on October 17, 1948, in Farmington, Missouri to the late Melvin Barnes and Helen (Wilson) Bristol. Clifford enjoyed riding motorcycles, drinking Busch Light and spend time with his friends and family. Clifford served in the United States Army as an Apache helicopter pilot in Vietnam. Clifford passed away on August 14, 2026, having reached the age of 77. In addition to his parents, Clifford was preceded in death by his brothers Gary Barnes and Darrell Barnes, and his sisters Bonnie Barnes-Whitaker and Donna Sue.

Daughter: Erin Giddron
Brother: Melvin Sonny Barnes and his wife Marilyn
Grandchildren: Justice Giddron, Jasmine Giddron, Rylan Bates, Jericho Giddron, Jonavon Gidddron, and Aiden Barnes
Many nieces, nephews, and many other friends and family also survive.
A celebration of life will be held by family at a later date. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
