Ethan John Nelson was born on August 11, 2004, in Racine, Wisconsin, to Brent Beth and Monica Nelson. Ethan enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, cooking, and grilling. He also loved playing video games, and spending time with his friends and family. Ethan passed away on May 2, 2026, having reached the age of 21. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Karen Wurtz.

A private service by family will be held at a later date. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
