Gail Ann Noble was born on February 8, 1964, in St. Louis, Missouri to Warren Steinbecker and Mary Bolden. Gail enjoyed watching game shows and movies. She also enjoyed dining out, and spending time with her family and friends. Gail passed away on April 14, 2026, having reached the age of 62. She was preceded in death by her parents Warren Steinbecker and Mary Bolden, and her sister Jean Stockton.

Brothers: Ron Steinbecker, Rob Steinbecker, and Mark Steinbecker
Grandchild: Sabrina Hammett
Nieces: Holly, Darcy, and Mary
Nephew: Ben
Great Niece: Kiley
Many friends and family also survive.
Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday April 23, 2026, from 11am until the time of the service at 1pm at Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri, with Rev. Michael Barton officiating. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
