Harold Gene Reagan was born on June 24, 1955, in Valles Mines, Missouri to Edward Reagan and Ruby (Burns) Neibecker. Harold enjoyed fishing and hunting, and spending time with his family. He also loved to tell stories. Harold passed away on April 14, 2026, having reached the age of 70. Harold was preceded in death by his father Edward Raegan, his mother Ruby Neibecker, his stepfather Mike Niebecker, his daughter Faith Reagan, his brothers Williams "Billy" Reagan and David Reagan, his sisters Joyce Reagan and Sharon Golwin, and his granddaughters Angel and Denise Raegan.

Wife: Roxann Reagan
Sons: Ike Reagan and Chuck Reagan
Daughters: Leslie Roggs and Renee Cook and her husband Ervin
Brother: Rick Reagan and his wife Melissa
Sister: Bonnie Rose and her husband Art
Many grandchildren and great grandchildren, many friends and family also survive.
A private service will be held at a later date. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
