L. Jane Bowling was born October 7, 1937 in St. Francois County the daughter Clarence and Stella (Hamblin) Bowling and passed away on September 30, 2025 in Fredericktown at the age of 87 years.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her sister and brother-in-law Ruth Ann (Bowling) Roy Carlton.
Jane is survived by adopted family and friends.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Fredericktown. Jane enjoyed going to church St. Cardinal Baseball, trips to Tennessee.
Jane worked as a dental assistant for Dr. T.A. Tinnin much of her working career. She later worked at Madison Medical Center as a biller for home health. After retirement she spent time working as a volunteer for the hospital auxiliary, which she enjoyed and spoke often of her friends and the work they were doing
