Julie Brooks was born on December 9, 1958, in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Donald and Judith Sikes. Julie enjoyed watching Jerry Springer, and she loved her dogs. Julie passed away on Sunday May 3, 2026, having reached the age of 67. In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death her brother Scott Sikes.

Brothers: Todd Sikes and Tim Sikes
Son: Tim Rauh
Stepson: Rick Brooks
Many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and family also survive.
Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday May 14, 2026, from 12pm until the service at 3pm at Coplin Funeral Home in Park Hills, Missouri with Linda Shearin-Stout officiating. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
