Kathryne J. Hedgpeth, 67, of Fredericktown, Mo. passed away February 26, 2026.
She was born September 9, 1958 in St. Louis, Mo. to her parents, the late Chester N. Cornman Sr. and Norma L. ‘Glore’ Cornman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Randy Hedgpeth, brothers, Johnny Cornman and Chester Cornman and sisters, Judy Conway; Carol Vanhoye and Gail Mackley.
She is survived by her children, Dena Musgraves;
Pam Bleavins and husband John;
Steve Scherffius and wife Monica;
Jodie Yarbrough;
Bryan Cain;
Tabatha Unterreiner and husband Doug;
And Randa Smith and husband Austin.
20 Grandchildren and 30 Great Grandchildren,
Sisters, Glenda Hanks and Deborah Elliott,
Brother, Darrell Glore and wife Heather.
Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Kathryne enjoyed playing slots, cards, crafts and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation Thursday March 5, 2026 from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home, 1 Federal Park Ave., Park Hills, Mo. 63601.
Service Thursday March 5, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Sawyer.
Burial at Three Rivers Cemetery.
