Kevin Robert Lucy was born on January 19, 1972, in St. Louis, Missouri to Kenneth and Juanita (Embree) Lucy. Kevin enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, and hunting. he also loved to spend time with his family and friends. Kevin served in the United States Army from 1990 until 1993 and was awarded the Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, and the Kuwait Liberation Medal. Kevin passed away on April 23, 2026, having reached the age of 54.

Two nieces and one nephew, and many friends and family also survive.
A private service will be held at a later date. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
