Marilyn Faye (Barker) Blake passed away April 30, 2026 at Parkland Medical Center in Farmington, MO at the age of 91.
She was born December 10, 1934 in Flat River, MO to the late Ray and Oma (Greer) Barker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jim Blake, sister and brother-in-law Norma Jean and Donald Cash, and brother-in-law Ernest Lee Lawrence.
She is survived by her daughter Cathy Cockrum, step son Robert and (Leslie) Blake and their daughters Tiffany, Chelsea and Madison and their families, all of Longview TX.
Nieces Donna McCulloch, Cheryl Weems, Susan Goff, Debbie (Harold) Hennen, Carla Dunn and Darla (Tom) Thompson.
Many cousins, friends and her cat Gertrude also survive.
Marilyn was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church in Park Hills.
Jim and Marilyn owned and operated Classic Jewelry and Awards in Park Hills for 17 years.
She enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching Fox News, the St. Louis Cardinals and working word search puzzles.
Visitation Tuesday May 5, 2026 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home, 1 Federal Park Ave., Park Hills, MO 63601.
Service Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. Cindy Sadler.
