Marina Seabaugh

Marina L. Seabaugh, a woman whose kindness seemed to stretch endlessly and whose smile could soften any day, passed away June 2. 2026, peacefully at her home in Farmington, Missouri. Marina leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and unwavering love.

Marina is survived by her two sons, Jason Jerden and Nick Freeman and his wife Hannah, who were the pride of her life. She was the devoted grandmother of Jacob Freeman and her newest grandchild, Remington Freeman, who's coming brought her great joy and hope.

She also leaves behind her brother, Mel Jordan, and his partner Will Laxton, both of whom held a special place in her heart. Also, her best friend Helen Cook, her loving sister In laws, nieces, nephews, friends and volunteers from the Farmington Senior Center where she was employed until she was no longer able to work.

Marina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger D. Seabaugh, and her parents, Melvin Jordan Sr. and Anna Marie Jordan, with whom she is now reunited.

A nurse for many years, Marina dedicated her life to caring for others. Her gentle hands and generous spirit touched countless families, offering comfort during their hardest moments. She was known as a friend to everyone and a stranger to no one — the kind of person who made others feel seen, welcomed, and valued. Marina’s life was defined by love, service, and connection. Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Memorial Service will be held at Coplin Funeral Chapel in Park Hills, MO on Wednesday June 10, 2026, at 4 p.m. for family, 5 pm for friends and acquaintances. Service at 6 p.m. officiated by Mr. Ronnie Rothlisberger of the Faith Cowboy Church in Desloge, Missouri.

A presentation will be made during the service by the nursing corps honoring Marina’s service as a nurse for many years.
