Patricia Skeens-Lane was born on July 2, 1953, in Eager, West Virginia, to Henry and Jannie (Skeens) Dowdy. Patricia enjoyed crafting and loved animals. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends, and just enjoyed life. Patricia passed away on February 16, 2026, having reached the age of 72. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Jannie Dowdy.

Husband: Ricky Lane
A son Brandon, and a daughter Michelle
Brothers: Richard Skeens and his wife Phyllis, and Randall Skeens
Sister: Kay Roberts and her husband Larry
Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and many friends and family also survive.
A private service will be held by family at a later date. Coplin Funeral Home of Park Hills, Missouri is in charge of the arrangements.
