Patrick “Pat” McAllister, age 55, passed away on April 14, 2026, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, surrounded by the loving friends who became his family. He was born on November 17, 1970, in Utah to the late Russell McAllister and Patricia Allee Reese McAllister.
Pat will be remembered for his warm smile, kind heart, and easygoing spirit. He spent many years working at Harps Grocery Store, where he became a familiar and friendly face to so many in the community. Whether you stopped in for groceries or just a quick hello, Pat always made people feel welcome.
He had a deep love for playing pool and was known for his impressive skills with a pool stick in hand. Pat never hesitated to teach others the game, always happy to share his knowledge and spend time with friends. He also enjoyed “searching for treasures” with his metal detector and looking for arrowheads—simple joys that brought him great happiness.
Pat built a strong circle of friends who became like family to him. The bond they shared and the love between them is immeasurable and will continue to live on in their memories.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m., at Coplin Funeral Home in Park Hills, Missouri, with Rev. Mike Barton officiating.

Pat’s kindness, laughter, and genuine spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
