Sandra Kay Ross was born on June 29, 1965, in St. Louis, Missouri. Sandra enjoyed floating, traveling, and playing bingo. She also loved her dog and spending time with her grandchildren and her family. Sandra passed away on February 9, 2026, having reached the age of 60. Sandra was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Rice and her brother LeRoy Rice.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday February 15, 2026, at 12:00pm at the St. Francois State Park. The celebration of life will take place in the first pavilion on the left as you arrive at the park.
