Back the Black and Blue Rally this Weekend

(St. Francois County, MO.) The Back the Black and Blue Rally Racetrack Rally will be held Sunday at the St. Francois County Raceway. One of the event's organizers, Kevin Blackwell, says the owner of Cedar Falls Tactical, Ben Minkel, called him and said he wanted to do something to bring people of all walks of life together.

Blackwell explains the rally begins with gates open at 12 noon Sunday. Music begins at 1 and will run until 7 pm.  Blackwell says they've lined up some great talent.
