Body Adjusting to Time Change

(St. Fracois County, MO) With this weekend's Time Change you may find yourself trying to adjust to the difference. The official time to set clocks to standard time is 2 am November 5th but many will change the time on their devices before going to bed Saturday. The Old Farmer's Almanac's Dan Holiday, says a Harvard Sleep Researcher recommends fasting to keep you in sync after the time change.

Holiday adds skipping dinner Saturday night should do the trick. He also reminds you to set you're clocks back one hour before you go to bed Saturday night. You can hear Dan Holiday with the Old Farmer's Almanac Report on AM 1240, KFMO.
