EMAA Celebrates 60 Years

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The East Missouri Action Agency (EMAA) celebrated 60 years in business with a ribbon cutting on Thursday.

Guests were treated to handouts, cookies, and tours of EMAA's Mobile Outreach Center and food truck. Executive Director Keri McCrorey says EMAA is still committed to providing a wide range of services.

McCrorey says the most rewarding aspect of working for EMAA is its effect in turning people's lives around.

The event saw a large turnout, with representatives from area businesses, county commissioners, and local legislators all coming out for the ribbon cutting.
