False Intruder Alarm at Bismarck School

(Bismarck, MO.) Bismarck School District officials says their intruder alarm system had an apparent malfunction today. The Superintendent of the district, Jason King, says they realized it was a malfunction but went ahead and placed the buildings on full lockdown.

King says even though the system malfunctioned the incident served as an impromptu drill and everything went according to plan. He adds the hard lock down procedure, intervention from their school resource officers, and the response from Bismarck Police was all exemplary.
