Fatal Crash in Washington County

(Washington County, MO) A man from Commerce City, Colorado, 42 year old Jakub Kordisch, is dead after a fatal traffic crash in Washington County, Saturday afternoon, at 2:50. Highway patrol reports show Kordisch was driving a car west on Palmer Road, east of Welker Road, when the vehicle ran off the left side of the road and hit a tree. Kordisch, who was wearing his seat belt during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the car, 36 year old Andrew R. Carlson, of Denver, Colorado, received minor injuries. Both men were wearing their seat belts when the accident occurred.
