Sergeant Todd Erpenbach Named Zone Supervisor for Iron and Madison Counties

Poplar Bluff, Mo. (KFMO) - Captain Jason J. Cluver, commanding officer of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop E in Poplar Bluff, has announced the promotion of Corporal Todd E. Erpenbach to the rank of sergeant.

Effective July 1, 2025, Sergeant Erpenbach now serves as the zone supervisor of Zone 12, which includes Iron and Madison counties. Sergeant Erpenbach began his career with the Missouri State Highway Patrol on January 16, 2001, as a member of the 78th Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy in Jefferson City, he was assigned to Troop C, serving St. Francois and Washington counties. He later transferred to Troop E on August 1, 2008, continuing his service in Iron and Madison counties. On October 1, 2019, Erpenbach was promoted to corporal and named assistant zone supervisor for the same area.

His new role as sergeant and zone supervisor reflects more than two decades of dedicated service to the state and his continued leadership within the Patrol.
