Fine Arts Academy Presented to Desloge Chamber

(Desloge, MO) Desloge Chamber of Commerce members are looking forward to the new Fine Arts Academy, at Mineral Area College, after hearing about it at today's chamber meeting. Bob Monks, who owns Marler Music Center in Park HIlls, and is a world renown trumpet player, is President and C.E.O. of the new academy. He told the crowd the new program would encompass music, visual art, and theater for all ages, not just college age students.

In other business at the Desloge Chamber of Commerce meeting a presentation was given by Brain May of Chapel HIll Mortuary and Memorial Gardens and Larry Mosier discussed the Working Dog Championship coming to Desloge April 29th through May 2nd.
