Former Grocery Store Sold to Park HIlls

(Park HIlls, MO.) The City of Park Hills is purchasing a building from the Country Mart group. Park Hills CityAdministrator, Mark McFarland, says the old Dugal's Big Star grocery store, also known as the Piggly Wiggly, should be city owned soon.

McFarland says the city will most likely tear the building down and prepare the tract of land for a new business to come in with a new building.  He says the city could also use the tract of land for events or as a parking lot.
