Madison County Crash

(Madison County, MO) Two people are suffering injuries after a two vehicle crash in Madison County Sunday evening at 5:17. Highway Patrol reports show a car was being driven west on Highway 72, 5 miles east of Fredericktown, by 67 year old James C. Davis of Ellington. It crossed over the centerline and crashed head on into an SUV driven east by 37 year old Megan B. Cassidy of Fredericktown. Davis was seriously injured and was flown to St. Louis University Hospital. Cassidy received moderate injuries and was taken to Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown. Both the injured were wearing their seat belts when the crash took place.
