Annapolis Woman Airlifted After Rollover Crash on Route K in Iron County

Iron Co., Mo. (KFMO) - An Annapolis woman was seriously hurt Thursday night after her truck ran off the road and overturned in Iron County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 7:30 p.m. on December 4, 2025 along Route K, about three miles west of Annapolis. Troopers say a 48-year-old woman was driving a 2006 Ford F-150 westbound when the vehicle went off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned.

The driver, who was not wearing a safety device, suffered moderate injuries. She was airlifted to St. Louis University Hospital for treatment.

The truck was totaled and towed from the scene.
