St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Aulsbury Chapel Road Bridge in St. Francois County has officially reopened to traffic following a months-long replacement project…
Crews initially closed the bridge in November to allow for construction of the new structure. The project has now reached a major milestone with the roadway back open for drivers.
According to Highway Administrator Brian Long, while the bridge is now in use, crews still have a few remaining steps to wrap up before the project is fully complete.
The total cost of the bridge replacement project was approximately $314,000.
