Bales Charged With Trafficking Again

(St. Francois County, MO.) A St. Francois County man, 47 year old Brian Bales, is facing more drug related charges. Bales was arrested and charged with second degree drug trafficking, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while revoked suspended. Bales had been charged with felony trafficking of drugs in the first degree, felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Those charges stem from an incident in which St . Francois County Deputies pulled a vehicle over on a window tint violation on Olive Street in Park Hills. The Department K9 detected drugs on the vehicle and Bales was driving. Officials says they found 486 grams of methamphetamine, 430 grams of marijuana, and 6 grams of cocaine.
