Bridge Maintenance to Reduce Northbound I-55 to One Lane in Ste. Genevieve County

Ste. Genevieve Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Drivers traveling on northbound Interstate 55 in Ste. Genevieve County should prepare for lane reductions next week as Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) crews perform bridge maintenance.

The work will take place between mile markers 141 and 142, beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, and continuing through 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, weather permitting. During this time, the roadway will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction.

MoDOT says the work zone will be clearly marked with signs, and motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the area and to plan for possible delays.
