City of Desloge Honors Employees at Appreciation Dinner, Names Employee of the Year

Desloge, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Desloge recently recognized the hard work and dedication of its employees and board members during an employee appreciation dinner.

Mayor Pete Pasternak says the dinner was an important opportunity to thank those who help keep the city running each day and to recognize their commitment to serving the community.

During the event, Scott Hedgcorth was named Employee of the Year. Mayor Pasternak says Hedgcorth has dedicated 45 years of service to the City of Desloge, calling his long-standing commitment an example of the dedication shown by city employees.

Mayor Pasternak also looked ahead to the future, saying continued growth and progress will remain a priority for the city in 2026.

He noted the coming year will be especially significant as the City of Desloge prepares to celebrate the 85th anniversary of its incorporation.
