Desloge Voters Reject Proposition U

Desloge, Mo. (KFMO) - Voters in Desloge rejected Proposition U during Tuesday’s General Municipal Election in St. Francois County. Unofficial election results show the measure failed with 320 no votes, or 65.04 percent, while 172 yes votes, or 34.96 percent, were cast in favor of the issue.

Despite the proposition not passing, Desloge City Administrator Stephanie Daffron says the work connected to the proposal will continue to move forward.

City leaders are expected to review next steps following the election.
