Farmington Launches New Citizen Services App for Easy Access to City Services

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Farmington residents now have access to a new mobile app designed to make city services more convenient. The Farmington MO Citizen Services App lets users pay bills, report potholes or storm damage, adopt a pet, and even sign up for parks and recreation leagues.

Kristen White, the city’s Communications Director, says the app came out of a larger technology upgrade.

White says utility billing access is one of the most popular features already in use.

Residents can also pay court fines, report power outages, apply for jobs or licenses, and more, all in one place.

The free app is available now in the App Store and on Google Play. Just search for “Farmington MO Citizen Services.”
