Farmington Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Farmington man has been arrested on multiple child pornography charges following an investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

According to arrest records, 21-year-old Lane J. Wigger was taken into custody at 9:58 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, in St. Francois County. He faces one count of promoting child pornography in the first degree and five counts of possession of child pornography. Wigger was held at the St. Francois County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional details have not yet been released.
