Farmington Mayor Says City Growth Continues as Tractor Supply Nears Opening

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Farmington continues to see growth, and city leaders say that momentum is important for the community’s future.

Mayor Chris Morrison says growth plays a key role in keeping a city like Farmington moving forward. As new businesses and development continue to come into the area, city officials view that progress as a positive sign for the local economy and for residents.

One of the latest examples of that growth is the new Tractor Supply store in Farmington. Construction on the project is nearing completion, with finishing touches now being put into place.

The store is expected to open soon, although an official opening date has not yet been announced.

Once the new location of Tractor Supply opens, crews will remodel the former location for another big box store.
