Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - For generations of Farmington residents, Pizza Hut on Karsch Boulevard was a place where families gathered for birthday parties, post-game meals, and casual dinners. Now, that chapter has come to an end.
The Farmington Pizza Hut has permanently closed its doors.
On Tuesday, crews were observed dismantling equipment inside the restaurant while signage was being removed from the property. Tables and chairs were also being offered for sale as the location was cleared out.
KFMO News was given limited information regarding the closure and was unable to get many details about the decision to shut down the business.
KFMO News has reached out for comment from company representatives but has not yet received a response.
At this time, no official reason for the closure has been announced.
The Farmington restaurant had served the community for decades and was a familiar dining destination for generations of local residents. The closure follows the shutdown of the Pizza Hut location in Fredericktown, which ceased operations in January 2026.
It remains unclear what future plans, if any, exist for the Karsch Boulevard property.
