Farmington to Hold Public Hearing on Wallace Road Subdivision

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Farmington will hold a public hearing on February 12, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Long Memorial Hall to gather public input on a proposed subdivision at 514 Wallace Road.

The hearing will address an application for a Final Record Plat. The property, currently zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential, is the subject of an application submitted by Chad Carron of Taylor Engineering on behalf of Sullivan Development Properties. Approval of the plat would allow the property to be subdivided into two lots for the construction of an additional single-family home. The meeting is open to the public.
