St. Louis, Mo. (KFMO) - A Festus man is facing several serious charges after being taken into custody late Wednesday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s online arrest reports, 35-year-old Ashton Givens of Festus was arrested on December 3, 2025, in Jefferson County. Givens was taken into custody by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on allegations including a weapon offense, possession of a weapon, obstruction, and possession of dangerous drugs. He was booked into the St. Louis Justice Center, where he is being held without bond.
No additional details have been released on the circumstances of the arrest.
