Sullivan, Mo. (KFMO) - The Sullivan Police Department says five arrest warrants have been issued following a search warrant executed Thursday at a property in the 25,000 block of State Highway A.
The search was conducted August 13 by the Sullivan Police Department in coordination with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Authorities say the warrant was obtained following an investigation involving illegal narcotics, stolen property, fugitive felons and firearms.
Six individuals were detained at the property. Among those located was Billy Grill, a known fugitive who was wanted in connection with the investigation and had previously fled from law enforcement.
During the search of campers and other structures on the property, officers reportedly recovered numerous capsules containing suspected fentanyl, containers of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Items seized included digital scales, hypodermic needles, packaging materials and glass pipes, according to police.
Officers also recovered three firearms. Police say two of the firearms were found in the possession of individuals with prior felony convictions.
Following interviews and a review of the evidence, the Sullivan Police Department submitted probable cause statements to the Washington County Prosecutor's Office. Arrest warrants were subsequently issued for five individuals.
Travis W. Corbin faces charges of first-degree drug trafficking, unlawful use of a weapon under subsection 11, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $100,000.
Jessica Lynn Hammer faces charges of first-degree drug trafficking involving fentanyl and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $100,000.
Billy Grill faces charges of second-degree drug trafficking, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon under subsection 11, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $100,000.
Ashleigh Merritt faces charges of second-degree drug trafficking and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $100,000. Police also say Merritt had a Crawford County capias felony warrant for a probation violation.
Morgan Tucker faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon under subsection 11, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Tucker's bond was set at $50,000.
The charges are allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
