Iron County Commission Invites Public to “Tax Talk” Meeting on March 24

Iron Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Iron County Commission is encouraging residents to attend a public informational meeting focused on county taxes and state legislation that could affect Iron County and its local entities.

The meeting, called “Tax Talk,” is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the courtroom of the Iron County Courthouse.

According to the commission, the meeting is designed to help keep the public informed about tax-related issues and proposed state legislation that may have an impact on the local community.

The commission is encouraging a wide range of community members to attend, including civic organizations such as Our Town Tomorrow, political parties, the Farm Bureau, Arcadia Valley Chamber members, the Iron County Historical Society, board members, and any citizens interested in learning more about the issues.
