Iron Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Iron County Fair continues through Sunday, July 19, at the Iron County Lions Club Fairgrounds, located at 1400 Lake Drive in Ironton, with a full schedule of events planned for the final weekend.
Arcadia Valley Chamber member Dan Stiles says visitors can expect family entertainment, carnival rides, competitions and vendor booths throughout the remainder of the fair.
Saturday's activities begin with the Show and Shine Car Show from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Exhibit Hall Silent Auction will be open from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., while the carnival operates from 1 to 11 p.m. with $30 unlimited ride armbands available. The day's featured event is the 5D Barrel Race, scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Parking on Saturday is $5.
The fair concludes on Sunday, July 19, with free parking and a final day of carnival rides and vendor booths from 1 until 6 p.m. Carnival ride armbands will be available for $15.
Food vendors, games, exhibits and local attractions will also be available throughout the weekend, giving families one last opportunity to enjoy one of Iron County's annual summer traditions.
