Lottery System for April Ballot Placement

(Farmington, MO) A lottery system will be in place to help St. Francois County election officials determine candidate name placement on the April ballot. St. Francois County Clerk, Kevin Engler says sitting outside your local county clerk's office waiting to get in line, can be difficult on candidates.
