Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Mineral Area College will open its doors to bargain hunters next month as it hosts a public surplus auction featuring a large selection of campus inventory.
The auction is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026, and will begin promptly at 10 a.m. in the Innovation Bay at the Industry and Technology Center on the college's Park Hills campus, located at 5270 Flat River Road.
A variety of surplus items will be offered to the highest bidder, including dorm furniture, office furniture, miscellaneous equipment, and other campus furnishings. College officials say the auction is an opportunity for local businesses, landlords, students, and members of the public to purchase quality items at competitive prices.
All merchandise will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties. Buyers are encouraged to bring trucks, trailers, and additional help, as purchased items must be removed following the sale.
The auction will be conducted by JT Morgan of West Central Auction Company.
