Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The Mineral Area Council on the Arts is marking a major milestone as its 45th season officially gets underway.
Executive Director Tiffany Gallaher says the organization has spent time reflecting on its long history and the impact it has made on the Parkland arts community since its founding.
As part of the anniversary season, Gallaher says MACOA has planned special activities to recognize the organization's past while celebrating its future and the many volunteers, patrons and artists who have helped make its success possible.
In addition to anniversary celebrations, audiences can expect a variety of performances, exhibits and community events throughout the season. Gallaher says there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
The Mineral Area Council on the Arts has provided arts programming, performances and educational opportunities throughout the region for 45 years and continues its mission of enriching the community through the arts.
