Operation Relentless Pursuit Leads to Over 1,100 Arrests in Missouri During 2025

Jefferson City, Mo. (KFMO) - Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe highlighted the success of Operation Relentless Pursuit during his State of the State address Tuesday, announcing that officers arrested 1,113 criminals statewide in 2025.

Operation Relentless Pursuit is a coordinated, regional, intelligence-led investigative team focused on tracking down and arresting dangerous fugitives. Governor Kehoe said the effort has played a key role in improving public safety across Missouri. According to the governor, thirteen of those arrested were individuals wanted for murder or homicide.

Governor Kehoe also announced additional public safety investments as part of his Safer Missouri initiative, including $10 million in new funding for the Missouri Blue Shield Program, which provides grants to help local law enforcement agencies enhance crime prevention and community safety efforts.
