Monarch Family Resource Center to Host Walk for Life, 5K and Bike Ride in Iron County

Ironton, Mo. (KFMO) - The Monarch Family Resource Center of Farmington will host its annual Walk for Life, 5K run and bike ride on Saturday, June 20, bringing together supporters from across the region for a morning dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the organization's work.

Executive Director Peter Schrock says the event serves as both a fundraiser and an opportunity to educate the public about the services and support offered through Monarch Family Resource Center.

Participants can choose to take part in the Walk for Life, the 5K run, or the bike ride. Organizers hope the event will encourage community involvement while helping sustain programs that assist families throughout the area.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. at Arcadia Valley Chapel in Ironton. Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and participate.
